Events

An objective of the Australian Quarter Horse Association is to promote the exhibition of Australian Quarter Horses. To achieve this objective we host a series of high quality events each year that are designed to encourage participation in a variety of events and it is our aim to cater for all disciplines in one way or another throughout the year. 

Our 3 largest events each year are: 

National Show – Q7 will be held at Sydney International Equestrian Centre from 6th to 10th June 2007.  

Campdraft Super Challenge – will be held at Coonamble, NSW at a date to be confirmed. 

Timed Event Super Challenge  – was held at Moonbi, NSW on 13th May 2007 

On top of the events offered by AQHA itself, the thrill and excitement of Quarter Horse Events can be experienced at Approved Shows, Quarter Horse Sprint Racing, Campdrafts, Cutting, Reining and Rodeo Events.   

These events provide an opportunity for friends and family to catch up and watch our superior breed strut their stuff, become involved, you’ll be glad you did.
