Change of mind:

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns and refunds if you simply change your mind. If an item is not the correct size, we will accept and exchange it for the same item in a different size or if your size is no longer available, we will offer a similar item instead.

Defective goods:

Defective goods must be returned to The Australian Quarter Horse Association within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items which cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

How to return your item:

1.      Send the item to The Australian Quarter Horse Association, PO Box 979, Tamworth NSW 2340.          You must include a letter detailing your reasons for returning the item. Please also include a          daytime contact phone number in case a customer service representative needs to contact you.

2.      As soon as the returned item has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

IMPORTANT:

The return must be received by The Australian Quarter Horse Association within fourteen (14) days of despatch.

A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by The Australian Quarter Horse Association.
