A Lease Agreement will only be accepted by the Australian Quarter Horse Association if the lessee remains a current financial member for the duration of the term of the lease.

AQHA lease forms have been designed for the Australian Quarter Horse Association only. They are not a legally binding document. It is suggested that if a more binding document is required then please consult your solicitor as the laws governing leases may vary from state to state. For protection the lessor is advised to lodge a copy with the Stamp Duties Office in the capital city of your state.
