The Member Services usually expediently offered by the office cannot currently be fulfilled in an expected timely manner.
Recently with the roll out of NBN in Tamworth a cable was cut and left the AQHA without phone & internet for 3 weeks.
Telstra is currently working on infrastructure issue affecting phone lines and internet which the office requires to function. They have accepted responsibility for the fault that we are currently facing.
The new computer program due to the above has not had an appropriate functionality testing and is currently being addressed.

We will resume to normal service as soon as the AQHA technological issue are rectified by the service providers.
