The AQHA Rule Book is provided in PDF format, if you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free from here. Once you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader, you are able to view and print out these forms, and fill them in. Once completed, you can send them by post along with payment to the Association.
