Return Policy
Change of mind:
Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds if you simply change your mind. If an item is not the correct size, we will accept an exchange for the same item in a different size or if your size is no longer available, we will offer a similar item instead.
Defective goods:
Defective goods must be returned to Australian Quarter Horse Association within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items which cannot be replaces, a full refund will be offered.
How to return your item:
1. Send the item to Australian Quarter Horse Association, PO Box 979, Tamworth NSW 2340.
You must include a letter detailing your reasons for returning the item.
Please also include a daytime contact phone number in case a customer service representative
needs to contact you.
2. As soon as the returned item has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.
IMPORTANT:
The return must be received by Australian Quarter Horse Association within fourteen days of despatch.
A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Australian Quarter Horse Association.
If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, please contact us first on 02 6762 6444 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
