Biographies

Paul Lorimer

I am a High School teacher and also a partner in a western saddlery stores. I have been involved in Quarter Horses for 30 years having bred and shown western pleasure, cutting, reining and working cow horses over this period. Quarter Horses have been the central point of my family, my wife and two daughters have all shown Quarter Horses.

I have a long affiliation with AQHA affiliates, as well as the AQHA Board as I believe our association needs members to “give back” to the association some of what they have got out of the association.

I have been heavily involved in promoting shows in my own area. I am not afraid to take on challenges and this is how I saw the Gatton Arena - we have gone from and old rodeo arena to an Indoor Arena which is highly regarded across Australia.
