Biographies

John Maher

My involvement in the western horse industry began in 1978.

With my wife Nolene we run our stud Aanuka Park. Situated in the heart of the Lockyer Valley, South East Queensland.

We have bred and shown many State, National and Futurity Champions and stand the Quarter horse stallion Concenting.

Over the years I have been involved in a few affiliates being very active as show manager, show secretary, gear steward, gate marshal or steward at various times and serving as President of  N.E.Q.H.Assc; and T.D.W.P.& A club.

I have been a member of the AQHA since 2000. 
AQHA judge since 2002.
With your support I was elected to the board in 2003.
Since 2004 I have had the portfolio of Hall of Fame an area I am passionate about.
